You are never too old, or too young, to try something new. Getting my grandaughter on the water and listening to her say again and again, "I got one Papa. This one is huge." brings a smile to my face every time. They weren't state records but to a 3 year old they were epic.
In wanting to try new things I have startet playing with soft plastics. The colors, the shapes, the squishy texture is very enjoiable to work with. I am hoping my time and effort creating baits with my children can bring that 3 year old sense of wonder and excitement to your outtings.
